First Summon Engineering Procurement Construction Tender

Client : Aras Commercial – Industrial Free Zone organization.
The purpose of this tender announcement: Designing and constructing a four star hotel ( 120 rooms ) with all side spaces with approximate area of 13000 m2 with addition of site and access road ( appx.1.0 km ) .
Project location: Aras Commercial – Industrial Free Zone ( Jolfa-Iran)
Contract duration: 20 months

Special terms for participants in tender:

1- Grade one or two in design and construction of buildings (Residential, Commercial, Administrative, Industrial and Interior architecture buildings).
2- Consortium of a grade one or two contractor in building construction and a grade one or two construction consultant (Residential, Commercial, Administrative, Industrial and Interior architecture buildings).
3- Construction contractor grade one with equipped technical office and expert designers.

Bid Bond : 300 million Iranian Rials.
