Qualifications:
(Required Qualifications) Educational Background The consultant will hold a graduate degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Communications Technology, or an equivalent combination of credentials, knowledge, skills and abilities in educational or technical areas. Professional Experience (Mandatory) At least 8 years experience in information technology solution development for large-scale international firms, ideally in an educational setting Excellent understanding of the software applications required to manage and operate large scale centralized computer systems Excellent understanding of the hardware, software, and networks solutions required to manage and operate large scale systems Excellent professional/technical skills in the area of IT, System Administration and LAN management Experience in monitoring and assessing enterprise level applications Ability to certify software solutions and infrastructure in the aspects of capacity, performance, scalability and robustness Eligible for security clearance (Desired) Ability to manage and work effectively with senior officials on information and communications technology issues Ability to diagnose, monitor, document, assess and report on progress Excellent communication and presentation skills Organized, pro-active, analytical and highly motivated |
