Capital Development Authority is interested in hiring the services of reputable firms / companies for skill development of the employees of environment wing. Objective is to improve efficiency and quality in the field of landscaping, horticulture, tree plantation and allied works.
Interested firms / parties having experience in conducting skill development trainings are invited to submit their technical and financial proposal in two separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal” on or before 10-09-2007.
Technical Proposal should include :- a). Companies Profile i.e :- 1). Name of firm, its legal status registration and addresses, articles of association / partnership deed / Bank Statement for six months.
2). Income Tax & Sales Tax Registration Numbers along with latest renewal.
3). Non-litigation Certificate.
b). CV of Technical Staff and resource person.
c). List of major trainings of similar nature executed during last five years.
d). List of similar trainings in hand and their present status.
e). Approach / methodology towards this project including training need assessment, training programme and resource persons.
Technical Proposal will be opened first without considering the financial aspect.
Financial bid will be opened only for technically approved firms.
CDA reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids without assigning any reason.
