Sealed tenders are invited from GST Registered / PTA approved vendors / firms for supply and installation of 04+04+40 lines PABX, expandable up to Extensions, at Utility Stores Corporation Head Office Building as per following specifications.
Terms and Conditions :- Bidder should be approved by PTA.
System should be certified by ISO 9001/14001.
NTN and GST Registration Certificates should be attached with the bid.
Client List should be attached with the bid.
Delivery time shall not exceed 2 weeks.
The PABX should be covered under at least one year warranty with 5 years spares back up.
Bid shall accompany earnest money equivalent to 2% of total cost of the bid in the form of pay order / bank draft in favour of Utility Stores Corporation (Pvt) Ltd, which is refundable subject to successful completion of warranty period.
The Utility Stores Corporation reserves the right to reject partially or wholly any or all tenders without giving any justification.
Tenders should reach undersigned on 5th Oct 2007 up to 11.00 Hours which will be opened on the same day at 12.00 Hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.
