GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE (GPN)

The Government of Indonesia intends to apply for grant financing from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) through the World Bank toward the cost of the Geothermal Policy Reform Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for consulting services to be procured under this project.

The project will include the following components: policy framework for scaling-up the development of geothermal power; transactions for mobilize investments in the geothermal sector; and technical capacity building. In addition, the project will also provide technical assistance for project management.

Consulting services will be selected in accordance with the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (current edition).

Specific advertisements (requesting for expressions of interest) for contracts for consultancy services will be announced, as they become available, in UN Development Business and dgMarket, as well as in local newspapers.
