7. Contract description: Within the 'support to regulatory reform and
privatisation in infrastructure' and following the conclusions of a
specific feasibility study, the purpose of this technical assistance will
be to assist the University of Jordan in the design and development of a
master's programme in (primarily utility) regulation and to provide
teaching and support through the first year's master's programme.
8. Indicative budget: EUR 385 000.
