Sealed Tenders are hereby invited for the purchase of following items from the reputed vendors duly registered with sales & income tax departments, on F.O.R. Muzaffarabad and Mirpur A.K. The quotation should reach the undersigned on or before 04-12-2007 at 12.30 p.m., which shall be opened on the same date 13:30 p.m. in the presence of available bidders/ authorized representatives of the firms, in the Project Director Office, House No. 104, Street No. 5, Sector B-3, Mirpur A.K.
Terms & Conditions: (1) Pay Order or call deposit receipt @ 2% of total amount of bid (refundable) in F/O Project Director must be attached with the quotation/ offer.
(2) Tender Document comprising detailed specifications and other terms and conditions may be obtained from the Project Director Office after depositing a fee of Rs.500/- (Non-refundable) in shape of bank draft/ challan/ pay order in favour of Director Finance and Planning, University of Azad Jammu And Kashmir, Muzaffarabad.
(3) The Purchase Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any/ all the bids without assigning any reason(s).
(4) The Purchase Committee reserves the right of increase or decrease in the quantity.
