(i) supervising activities to prepare and carry out invitations to tender
for works, programme estimates, and calls for proposals;
(ii) drawing up activity reports and financial reports;
(iii) providing secretarial services for the steering committee and
coordinating the programme with the other EC activities and those of other
partners;
(iv) assisting the authorities in drawing up a national good governance
programme, which may be the subject of funding from the 10th EDF.

regarding the implementation of Articles 28, 29 and 30 of Annex IV to the
