Sealed tenders are hereby invited from interested, financially & financially sound firms, registered with Income & Sales Tax Departments, for the supply & training equipment detailed as under for Balochistan Institute of Information Technology & Management Sciences, Loralai.
Conditions: (1) Tender form could be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office timings from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 pm on payment of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) (non-refundable) through bank draft/ pay order by the name to PD, Balochistan Institute of Information Technology & Management Sciences, Lorolai.
(2) Prices must be valid till current financial year by June 30, 2008.
(3) The firms interested shall have to deposit along with their tenders the call deposit of 2% of total offered prices in the name of PD, Balochistan Institute of Information Technology & Management Sciences, Loralai that would be returned after Filling the case to unsuccessful bidders. The firms that also have to deposit 0.25% as Stamp Duty.
(4) Income Tax & Sales Tax Department Registration Certificates must be enclosed with the bids. The concerned firms / suppliers shall be responsible for the payment of all other taxes as required under the law.
(5) After issuance of supply order, the provision / delivery of equipments must be made in shortest agreed period by the vendor at the Institute's address at Loralai.
(6) The successful firm shall also provide manufacturer’s warranty / guarantee for flawless functioning of the equipments at the Institute.
(7) Tender(s) form(s) Not complete (in any respect), would not be entertained.
(8) The firm is responsible for installation of training equipment and also providing training on the installed machinery / equipment to the staff of the respective center within country / abroad.
(9) Trainers should have full accessories of power supply software, module hotter etc.
(10) The supplier has to provide the catalogue, brochure & CDs of the machinery and equipment, covering all features in details, which will not be entertained otherwise.
(11) The tenders should reach the office of the undersigned till 25th March, 2008, which will be opened at 1.00 p.m. on the same day.
(12) BIITMS reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of any equipment(s).
(13) BIITMS reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.
