Application in booklet from are invited from the Firms, Contractors of good reputation having experience of Building/ Road Construction (Works), for Pre-qualification execution of Development and Non-Development Works of Education Works Roads/ Buildings / Electrical Works.
Interested Firms/ Contractors/ Suppliers may furnish their application in the name of following offices of Works & Services Naushahro Feroze, along with following information duly supported with the relevant documents required for pre-qualification for the year 2008.
(1) Name of Firm/ Contractor, its status, postal address, E-mail address, Telephone Number, Fax Number.
(2) Firm/ Contractor and Supplies under Companies Act with Registration No., if any, or status of Company giving full details of Director/ Proprietor along with qualification/ experience & copy of memorandum of association.
(3) Details of Development & Non-Development Building and Road works carried out during last 3 years with cost & performance certificate/ works orders.
(4) List of tools & plants, equipment, machinery, etc.
(5) List of qualified technical and non-technical persons with their Bio-Data.
(6) Financial statement of the scheduled Bank showing the position of last 3 years transactions with proof of Bank Balance as stood on 29-02-2008, along with last 3 years Tax Assessment Sheet certified by the Income Tax Department/ NTN Certificate.
(7) Affidavit on stamp paper to the effect that the firm is not involved in litigation with any department.
(8) An undertaking/ affidavit on stamp paper by the firm/ contractor to the effect that “Neither the firm/ contractor nor its Directors/ stakeholders, as a whole or as a part of the company/ organization have ever been blacklisted/ defaulted with any Government Agency/ Department/ Organization and also that the information supplied by the Firms/ Contractors is correct”.
(9) Any other information in support of pre-qualification application will be appreciated and application without supporting documents will not be entertained.
(10) The Committee Authority reserves the right to pre-qualify or disqualify any firm/ contractor/ all without assigning any reason thereof.
