The Lebanese Republic has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and a loan from the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), toward the cost of the Cultural Heritage and Urban Development Project (CHUD), and it intends to apply the proceeds of these loans to payments for goods, works, related services and consulting services to be procured under this project. Bidding for contracts financed by the World Bank will be governed by its eligibility rules and procedures
