Separate Sealed tender(s) for both the projects for each item are invited from Nationally reputed GST and Income Tax registered firms for supply, delivery and installation of the following items in the Wafaqi Mohtasib (Ombudsman)’s Secretariat Islamabad and Regional Offices as Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Sukkur, Multan, Faisalabad and D.I. Khan. The Wafaqi Mohtasib (Ombudsman)’s Secretariat intends to engage Consultant for developing a Business Continuity (BCP), including an IT Disaster Recovery Plan. The BCP to be developed is intended to cater robust redundant links between the Head Office, Disaster Recovery Site and the Regional Office using appropriate technologies, Systems and procedures. A detailed SOP, including roles and responsibilities at different tiers and measures to be taken for implementing the BCP and IT Disaster Recovery plan will also be prepared under the consultancy. Tender documents indicating specifications and other detail of items, hardware, software and allied accessories etc. may be had from the undersigned by the eligible interested bidders on submission of written application on any working day or can be downloaded from the Website of the Wafaqi Mohtasib (Ombudsman)’s Secretariat (www.mohtasib.gov.pk/tender.html) or from the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website www.ppra.org.pk. Sealed tenders must reach the undersigned by 18-04-2008 at 1130 hours sharp and will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours in the presence of the bidders. Apart from the Hard Copy of the proposal kindly also provide the soft copies on CD. Pay Order / Call Deposit @ 2% of the total bid offered is required to be enclosed with the tender as security. Rates must be inclusive of GST. Income Tax will be deducted from the final bill as prescribed from time to time by the Federal Government. The Competent Authority reserves the right to change the configuration specifications and quantity etc. of the items and reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.
