Sealed tenders on percentage rate basis are hereby invited from approved E/M Contractors of Pakistan Public Works Department who have deposited their renewal fee for the year 2007-2008 for the noted below, as to reach the office of the undersigned up to 11.00 AM on 19-04-2008. The tenders will be opened at 11.30 AM on the same day in the presence of the Contractor / Representative who care to attend.
The tender documents and other details etc., can be seen in the office of the undersigned on any working day during the office hours.
The tender should accompany Call Deposit for the amount noted against the work as earnest money in the name of Executive Engineer Central E/M Division No. I, Pak, PWD, Islamabad. Tender shall not be sold by post or on the date of opening of tenders. The cost of tender is non refundable.
The tender forms can be purchased from the office of undersigned as well as from the office of Deputy Budget & Finance Officer, Chief Engineer (N),s office Pak, PWD Islamabad on production of Renewal receipts & other related documents. The competent authority reserves the rights to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
