The sealed tenders on B-1/ B-2 Forms are hereby invited from the registered firms/ contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the required category for the year 2007-2008 in accordance with Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules but not pre-qualified with CDGK are eligible to participate in the tenders as defined under SPPRA rules.
Tenders will be issued on production of copy of Registration with PEC and with copy of DR / Challan remitted for current year up to 24-04-2008 (during office hours) from the date of publication and will be opened on 26-04-2008 at 3:00 p.m. The tender documents can be had from the office of the undersigned on payment of tender fee mentioned against each items (Non-Refundable). Unattended tenders will be issued up to 01-05-2008 (during office hours) & opened on 03-05-2008 at 3:00 p.m.
Before issue of tender the contractors will have to produce pre-qualification of Firms/ Contractors for the current year 2007-2008. The Call Deposit in shape of Pay Order of schedule Bank must be attached with the application.
The conditional tender will not be accepted and the competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. Moreover not more than two tenders will be issued to single contractor/ firms.
