Sealed tenders on percentage rates basis on Pakistan PWD schedule of rates 2004 / Market rates are invited from the approval A-I (No Limit) contractors, enlisted in Pakistan Public Works Department having minimum enlistment limit of 100 million with Pakistan Engineering Council for the under mentioned works on 12-07-2008 up to 11.00 AM and will be opened on the same date at 11.30 AM in the presence of intended contractors or their authorized representatives, who wish to presence there in the office of the Executive Engineer, Central Civil Division. No. VIII Pak, P.W.D Islamabad. The tenders can be purchased from the office of the undersigned on payment of requisite tender cost (Non refundable) as mentioned against each below up to 11-07-2008 during office hours.
No tender will be sold / issued by post / telegraphically or on the date of opening of tenders. Each tender must be accompanied with a deposit at call of the under mentioned amount as Earnest money from any scheduled Bank, drawn in favour of “Executive Engineer, Central Civil Division No. VIII, Pak, PWD, Islamabad”. Necessary documents i.e. PEC registration in relevant category and relevant fields of specialization, Affidavit showing sole proprietorship / Partnership deed, power of attorney, copy of renewal fee with enlistment orders and Earnest money 2% of bid amount in shape of deposit at call & NTN shall be produced at the time of purchase of tender, failing which tenders shall not be issued.
Note :- In case the tenders are not opened/sold on the date mentioned above the due to some unavoidable circumstances, then the dated may be considered as 15-07-2008 and 14-07-2008 respectively with same terms and conditions.
