Tenders for both audio/ video will be opened on Thursday, 10th July, 2008 on single stage two envelope basis, one envelope containing technical proposal will be opened on specified tender opening date/ time. After technical evaluation, second envelope containing financial proposal of only technically acceptable participants will be opened in public at prescribed date/ time, which will be notified to the parties well in advance.
Tender Documents containing full description, terms and conditions etc. can be obtained upon written request on company's letterhead addressed to DGM Purchases, (Flight Kitchen) Ph. # 021-9045131, Fax # 021-4573556 & email: khijgpk@piac.aero Procurement & Logistics Building, PIA, Karachi Airport, against non-refundable cash payment of Rs.500/= (Rupees five hundred only) on all working days during 0900-1200 Hrs (Monday through Friday). No tender will be sold on tender opening date.
Prospective bidders are required to drop the sealed offer in the Tender Box marked “Purchases Flight Kitchen” placed at the main entrance of Procurement & Logistics Building, Karachi, before 1030 Hrs. on the date specified above and will be opened on the same day/ date at 1100 Hrs. PIA will not be responsible for any postal delay.
