Request for Proposals Overseas Pakistanis Foundation intends to avail the services of a reputable firm of Consultants of “A” category only, to create database and archiving of the record of plot allotments and land records of OPF housing schemes: S.# Tasks Professional Fee 1. Cataloging, Scanning and Indexing of each file of allotted plots for all the housing schemes of OPF. This will generate a digital database of all record relating to allotted plots linked with digitalized Master Plan of the scheme. Rs.____ per file of allotted plots.
2. Data entry into a specially tailored software of all allotment information such as application form, payment history, reminders for recoveries, transfers etc. This data entry would be followed by quality controls for removing all errors. Rs.____ per each allotment.
3. Cataloging, Scanning and Indexing of all land documents relating to all housing schemes of OPF This will generate a digital database of land record Rs.____ per each page of original record.
The rate quoted will include customization cost of software license for use of OPF. Microsoft platform shall be used for front end and back end database.
The consultant will also train three officers of OPF for database and overall smooth functioning of software for future use.
It will be responsibility of the consultant to provide interface with General Ledger of OPF (M/s. Sidat Hyder, Financial) through executive-board.
Time an essence and the entire exercise shall be completed within 30 days of signing of agreement.
The place of entry will be OPF premises.
Consultant shall ensure security of record. The record will not be made public / third party.
The interested parties have to submit the financial and technical proposals separately.
