A) Pre-Qualification for Supply of Drugs / Medicines / Instruments / Surgical / Disposable and Consumable (Laboratory Items) / Diet / Uniform / Miscellaneous Items to the Institute of Skin Diseases Sindh, Karachi.
(01) Applications for Pre-qualification are invited from manufacturers / importers who hold valid registration of products in their name. The manufacturers / importers can authorize their Institute distributors to participate in the Tender for the Financial Year 2008-2009.
(B) Pre-qualification for supply of Machinery Equipment and Furniture to the institute.
(1) This Institution intends to pre-quality the Local / Foreign manufacturers for their products mentioned under groups and sub-groups and sub-group as supplier of Electro Medical / Scientific Equipment, Machinery and Furniture of Medical use for 2008-2009.
(2) Applications are invited from well-established and well reputed firms who are running their business for at least last three years.
(3) The qualified applicants are required to submit Rs.1000/- per group / specialty as qualifying fee.
Note: - (i) Interested firms can obtain sample proforma from the Office of the Director Institute of Skin Diseases Sindh, Karachi and M&I Cell, Health Department, Block No. 24, Shahrah-e-Liaquat Karachi on cash payment of Rs.100 each.
(ii) Applications with necessary documents must be duly completed, signed and stamped are delivered to the address below latest by 10.07.2008.
(iii) The Department reserves the right to reject or accept all the applications without assigning any reason.
