Sealed Tenders are invited for the supply of Medicines for one year (i.e. 2008-2009) to WAPDA Hospital Complex, Lahore through prescriptions indenting.
Eligibility of Contractors: Chemists / Druggists should be in possession of Drug Sale License from the Health Department.
Tender can be Submitted: Participant will be quoted the maximum discount on the retail price of the Medicine on their Letter Heads.
Note: Chemists / Druggists should be in possession of Drug Sale License from the Health Department and ample stocks of medicines & their proper storage (Cooling System and Qualified Staff). The Shop/ Chemist should provide 24 Hours Services. Maximum discount to be given on retail Prices should be dearly indicated in the tenders. The pharmacy committee of the hospital will inspect the Premises / Stores of Chemist for Quality control Check.
Last Date of Issuance and Receiving /Owning of Tender: Sealed quotations will be received Till 15-07-2008 Till 10.30 AM and opened at 11.00 A.M. in the presence of the participants the same date.
Place of Opening: Office of the Medical Superintendent WAPDA Hospital Complex, 210 Ferozepur Road, Lahore.
