Sealed Tenders on percentage rates basis are invited from the eligible approved contractor of Pak.P.W.D Who have got their names enlisted / Renewed for the year 2008-2009, for following work on 12-07-2007 at 1.00 pm and will be opened on the same date at 1.30 in the office of the undersigned in the presence of contractor or their authorized representatives who wish to be present there. The tender can be purchased from the office of the undersigned and also from the office of the Deputy Budge and Finance Officer, Office of the Chief Engineer (N) Pak, PWD, Islamabad on cash payment of requisite tender cost (Non-refundable) as mentioned against each below up to 11-07-2008 during office hours.
No tenders will be sold by post / telephonically or on the date of opening of tenders. Each must be accompanied with the deposit at call for the under mentioned Earnest Money from any schedule bank at Rawalpindi / Islamabad in favor of Executive Engineer, Project Civil Division No. III Pak, PWD, Islamabad
Necessary, shall be produced at the time of purchase of tender, failing which tender shall not be issued.
The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids / tenders at any time prior to acceptance of bid / tender, as envisaged in Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The Other terms and condition can be seen in the office of undersigned during office hours.
