Note: Tender Fee: Rs.100/- (One hundred rupees) (non-refundable).
The office of the undersigned is inviting applications from local/ foreign Manufacturers/ Importers for Pre-qualification in the category for Supply of Drugs, Machinery Equipments and Diagnostic Services for the year 2008-09 which is extendable for next two years on good performance basis.
The applications are invited on the prescribed form from well established and reputed firms running their businesses for at least last three years.
The application forms/ documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours + PM & I Cell, Health Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi + Directorate General Health Services Sindh Hyderabad by submitting a written request on the cash payment of Rs.100/- (One hundred rupees) (non-refundable) along with copy of Income Tax, Sales Tax Certificate, NIC and relevant papers from 25-07-2008 to 23-08-2008.
The qualified applicants are required to submit Rs.1000/- per group specially as qualifying fee which must be deposited along with full required information up to 24-08-2008.
The Department reserves the right to reject or accept any or all the applications without assigning any reason.
Note: Those who had already pre-qualified in financial year 2007-2008 at Directorate TB Control Sindh they should submit necessary documents for extension/ renewal of their pre-qualification for the next financial year 2008-09.
