Sealed tenders are invited only from the Sales Tax and Income Tax registered suppliers for purchase of Generators, UPS, Instruments, Glasswares and Chemicals for the project entitled, “Establishment of Medicinal and Aromatic Plant Collection and Processing Facility at New Murree”. The specifications of the items may be obtained on payment of rupees 1,000/- in shape of pay order (non-refundable) from Purchase Office of the institute on any working day during office hours or downloaded from our website (www.iccs.edu, www.ppra.org.pk and Sindh Government official website (www.sindh.gov.pk). The tenders may be submitted on C & F basis with 2% of the bid value as earnest money in shape of pay order in favour of the Director of the institute, latest by 10.30 a.m. on 22-08-2008. The tenders will be opened at 11.00 a.m. in the Purchase Office on the same day in presence of the bidders or their representatives. The Tender / Purchase Committee of the center may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal.
Terms and Conditions for participating in the above mentioned tender: (1) Kindly clearly mention brand and catalogue No. along with copy of catalogue of each item In the tender. Any ambiguity in brand is not allowed.
(2) All the quoted items should be of U.S.A., European or Japanese origin.
(3) Only authorized dealer of goods will be considered for participating in the tender, therefore, kindly attach authorization letter along with the tender.
(4) Strictly follow the instruction regarding pack size.
(5) Local supply is mentioned in tender clearly for some specific items.
(6) All five conditions should be strictly followed otherwise tender will be disqualified.
