to wine districts in Europe. The schedule for 2009 is 3 trips for 20
people, 1 open trip for 20 people and 7-10 trips for 5-10 people.
Option: In 2010 and 2011 the Awarding Authority has planned 7-10 trips for
5-10 people and 1 open trip with 20 people. The trips are subject to
necessary budgetary allocations.

Documentation – Evidence that the made requirements are fulfilled:
— Credit appraisal, not older than 3 months, based on the latest official
accounting figures. The credit appraisal shall be so called rating (shall
contain credit rating, partial evaluation and historical rating) and shall
be carried out by approved credit institutions (e.g.: Dun &Bradstreet,
Creditinform, Lindorff or corresponding institutions),
— Annual report with the auditor’s report for the previous 2 years shall
be presented.
If the supplier has valid reasons for not presenting the required
documentation, he shall prove his economic and financial position by
presenting documentation acceptable to the Awarding Authority. If the
supplier has such valid reasons, written requests shall be sent to the
Awarding Authority in order to clarify what type of other information is
acceptable.
