National Highway Authority (NHA) invite sealed bids from the interested firms for the Construction of NHA office building at Bahawalpur. The estimated cost of the project is approximately Rs. 50 million.
Contractors registered with PEC in Category C-4 specialized in category CE-10 and have substantially completed at least one Building Project costing more than 25 millions within last 03 years as well as fulfilling the following pre-requisites for the last 03 years are eligible to participate in the bidding competition: a. Minimum Average Cash Flow, Rs. 10 million, b. Minimum Average Net Worth, Rs. 04 million, c. Minimum Average Annual Turnover, Rs. 40 million.
Applicants interested to participate in the bidding competition are required to submit application along with Demand Draft / Pay Order amounting to Rs 3,000/- (Rupees three thousand only), non-refundable in favour of National Highway Authority being ihe cost of bidding documents on any working day during the office hours at address mentioned below up to 31st July 2008. The application must be accompanied by following supporting documents.
PEC Registration Certificate for the year 2008.
Completion certificate of building project indicating its cost issued by executing Agency/Client.
Certified Balance Sheet for the last 3 years.
List of Machinery & Manpower available with Contractor.
Latest Credit Limit certificate from Bank.
Performance certificate from the executing Agency/Client.
Detail of ongoing works in the following format.
Applicants who fulfill above mentioned criteria will be asked to collect bidding document from the address mentioned below during the office hour from Btt' August 2008 to 11th August 2008.
The bids shall be received in the auditorium of National Highway Authority, located at 27-Mauve Area, G-9/1, Islamabad on 29th August 2008 until 1100 hours and will be opened at 1130 hours in NHA Auditorium on the same day in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend. All the bids must be accompanied by a bid security as laid down in respective Clause of the Instructions to Bidders of bidding document.
National Highway Authority reserves the right to reject any of all the bids.
