The Tender will be issued & opened as per following schedule:
1st Time Date of Issue 11:00 am 11.08.2008 and will be opened on 12.11.2008 at 11:00 am.
2nd Time Date of Issue 11:00 am 18.08.2008 and will be opened on 19.08.2008 at 11:00 am.
3rd Time Date of Issue 11:00 am 25.08.2008 and will be opened on 26.08.2008 at 11:00 am.
4th Time Date of Issue 11:00 am 29.08.2008 and will be opened on 30.08.2008 at 11:00 am.
5th Time Date of Issue 11:00 am 05.09.2008 and will be opened on 06.09.2008 at 11:00 am.
(1) The earnest money shall be received in the shape of call deposit only.
(2) No conditional tender will be accepted.
(3) The contractor will provide his experience and details of works completed by him and other required details.
(4) The estimate/ location and other terms and conditions can be seen in the office of undersigned during all working days.
(5) If the undersigned will not be present, the tenders will be issued and opened on next day.
(6) The undersigned reserves the rights to reject/ accept the tenders without assigning any reason thereto.
