Super-scribed STG-Tenders No. CE/GEPCO/MM/2008-09/16 is invited for supply of following items from the Manufacturers/ Suppliers form Pakistan or any country except those which are subject to boycott in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan on FCS at Regional Store GEPCO and Gujranjwala and FOB, CIF and C&F Karachi basis. Tenders will be received half an hours before opening and will be opened in public on date and time mentioned against each.
The Tender documents can be obtained from the office of undersigned after payment of Rs.3000/- (Non refundable), a day before tender opening date. The Tender shall remain open for acceptance for 120 days from the tender opening date and must accompany Bid Guarantee in shape f Bank Guarantee on specified proforma/ CDR issued by any scheduled Bank of Pakistan not less than 2% of the quoted value valid for 150 days along with the sale tax Registration Certificate. Conditional tenders or tenders without Bid Guarantee will not be accepted. Quantity can be increased/ decreased. GEPCO reserves the right to reject any/ all the tenders without assigning any reason.
