Note: Expression of Interest (EOI) for Consultant Services for Roads / Bridges / Special Structures / Master Plan / GIS Projects Under Larkano Development Package (As per guidelines of PPRA Rules 2004).
The District Government Larkano (DGL) intends to invite Expression of Interest (EoI) for short-listing / pre-q unification from interested Engineering Consulting Firms / Consortia / Joint Ventures for various projects of different sectors under Larkano Development Package. In order to undertake these projects, Consultancy Services are requested: -
(1) Master Plan: Detailed topographic survey of land use, demographic studies, environmental impact assessment study, land use planning, housing surveys, preparation of master plan for new schemes, formulation of bye-laws, collection of existing data of land use, encroachments, survey of traffic management indication of solid waste management sites etc. and any other related works of various towns of District Larkano.
(2) Roads / Allied Works: Survey, soil investigation, traffic study / analysis planting, preparation of feasibility reports, PC-I detailed designing of roads, planning and design of storm-water drainage system including designing of existing drains, tender documents, B.O.Q. tender and construction drawings of project and detailed Top Supervision, etc. and any other related works.
(3) Bridges / Special Structures: Survey, soil hydrological investigation, traffic study / analysis planning, preparation of feasibility reports, PC-I detailed designing, tender documents, B.O.Q. tender and construction drawings of project and detailed Top Supervision etc and any other related works.
(4) GIS / Base Map: Detailed topographic survey of Larkano and other towns of the District, inducing establishing high quality / accurate primary and secondary tertiary level controls / BMs, for development of an accurate Base Map. Development of an extensive GIS for DGL operation, management of utilities and supply of GIS software and training to DGL staff in its use, development of integrated institutional network and other related works.
(5) Buildings: Survey, soil investigation, planning, architectural view, structural design, PC-I detailed designing, tender documents. B.O.Q. tender and construction drawings of various buildings to be constructed in the district and detailed Top Supervision etc. and any other related works.
(6) Restoration of Historical Buildings: Soil investigation, photography, drawings and plans to bring the building structure, facade, rear elevation side elevation, interior etc. of historical buildings of the district (constructed in mid and late 19th and 20th century) to the original shape and design. Drawings for electric works, spot lighting etc. to make the buildings remarkable and eye-catching and illuminated ways, means and suggestions to control water-logging and salinity in and around the buildings. PC-I, R.C.E, B.O.Qs, tender documents, detailed Top Supervision etc. or any other related works.
(7) Gardens/ Amusement Parks/ Entertainment Places: Survey, soil investigation, planning, architectural view, structural design, PC-I detailed designing, tender documents. B.O.Q. tenders and construction drawings of new gardens, public / theme parks and amusement parks including water park, a high quality mini-mall with indoor play area for small children, mini-cinema, etc, to be constructed in the district; and upgradation / renovation of the existing recreational facilities and detailed Top Supervision etc. and any other related works.
(8) Housing Schemes Industrial Park: Survey, soil investigation, planning, architectural view and structural design for common facilities, PC-I detailed designing, tender documents, B.O.Q. tender and construction drawings of housing schemes, including low cost housing, and industrial park estate to be constructed / established in the district (on Public-Private Partnership) and detailed Top Supervision etc. and any other related works.
(9) Sewerage: Survey, related sectoral studies / analysis, planning, preparation of feasibility report PC-I detailed designing, tender documents. Tender construction drawings of projects, B.O.Q. and detailed Top Supervision, in the fields of rehabilitation of sewerage supply system, reused facility and disposal system inducing treatment plant. Identifying, plugging and controlling leakages in the existing sewerage supply system, efficient collection system linked with treatment plants, desilting and cleaning of sewerage line etc. and any other related works.
