Sealed Tenders are invited for the work mentioned below from the Firms licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council in appropriate category.
The Tender documents can be obtained up to 28th August 2008 from the Office of the Project Director (M-III), NED University of Engineering and Technology, on all working day between 9.00 am to 1.00 pm except Friday. Tender Documents can also be obtained by Post against Pay Order of Rs.500/= as Courier Charges in addition to the Tender Fee of Rs.2,000/-.
The Tenders duly completed and addressed to Project Director (M-III) must reach or be dropped along with the Earnest Money in the Tender Box placed in the Office of Project Director (M-III), NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi latest by 11:00 a.m. on 30.08.2008 which shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in presence of the Tenderers who may wish to be present. In case of any Holiday or Disturbance, the Tenders will be opened on the Next Working Day as per schedule.
The Competent Authority reserves the rights to accept any Tender or reject any or all of the Tenders; divide business amongst more than one Bidder and extend the opening date and time without assigning any reason thereof.
