Sealed tenders addressed to Hydrographer, Gwadar Port Authority, Gwadar are invited from well reputed firms, manufacturers, distributors, suppliers who must be registered with Sales Tax / Income Tax Departments for supply of following items at Gwadar.
Tender documents for above-mentioned items containing detailed specifications and terms & conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned at cost of Rs.500/- (Non-refundable) on any working day between 0900 to 1400 hrs.
Tender should be submitted along with a Pay Order / Bank Draft of 2% of the total amount in the name of GPA, Gwadar, as earnest money, without which the tender shall not be considered. The Gwadar Port Authority reserves the right to accept any tender or reject all tenders without assigning any reason.
Tender may be submitted in sealed envelopes in the office of the undersigned at GPA Head Office, GFH Road, Gwadar by 30 August, 2008 up to 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 1200 Noon in the presence of bidders or their representatives, who may wish to be present.
