Sealed bids are invited from various suppliers / manufacturers / pre-qualified contractors of medicines for the purchase of drugs / medicines, X-ray films, gauze, bandages, cotton, eye lenses, for Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical College Hospital, Sukkur. The bids can be submitted by the authorized agents for and on behalf of the primary manufacturers, provided bids must be accompanied by authorization letter. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned on any working day during working hours. A complete set of tender enquiry may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on submission of written request addressed to the Medical Superintendent and refundable fee mentioned in each tender enquiry. All bids must be accompanied by earnest money as per terms & conditions in the shape of pay order / call deposit in favour of the Medical Superintendent, Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical College Hospital, Sukkur. The bids must be delivered to the above office on or before the date mentioned against each at 11.00 A.M. The bids will be opened publicly in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend on the same day at 11.30 A.M. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept / reject any / all bids without assigning any reason. The Purchaser also reserves the right to enhance / reduce the quantity and / or delete any item from the Tender Enquiry.
N.B: - (1) The bids must be in Pak rupee.
(2) In case the government announces any public holiday then tender will be opened on the next working day.
(3) All quotations shall include all government taxes, if applicable.
