Sealed Tax departments to provide the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) softwares tools and their training to faculty members of engineering universities of Pakistan considering all educational / volume discounts. The bidders shall quote the softwares package covering the following four flows : 1) Mixed Single RF IC Design Flow, 2) ASIC design Flow, 3) FPGA Design Flow, 4) PCB Design Flow.
Interested parties are required to obtain the tender documents for ‘Electronic Design Automation Tools to facilitate VLSI Designs in Engineering Universities / DAIs’ on payment of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) from Finance Division HEC on any working day. The tenders accompanying all requisite documents and 2% earnest money of the total quoted price in the shape of bank draft / pay order in the name of D.G Finance HEC shall be deposited by August 26, 2008 at 02.00 PM in the office of undersigned. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 02.30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The successful bidders has to sign a contract agreement with HEC and the performance of the agreement shall be one year, effective from the date of signing the agreement. The Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the submitted bids with assigning justification by reason to the bidder.
