Sealed Tenders on B-I/B-II Forms are invited from the Pre-Qualified Contractors with Provincial Government of Works & Services Department Sindh being renewed for the calendar year 2008 to participate in the tenders by themselves for the works mentioned below.
(2) All the estimates of the works are based on new schedule of rates 2004 (applicable).
The contract documents can be seen in the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours on scheduled dates for receipt of applications for invited tendered works.
(3) The application for applied tendered works must accompany the Earnest Money / Call Deposit of any scheduled bank initiated in the list of tendered works.
(4) The blank tender forms can be had from the Office of the undersigned on cash payment (non-refundable). The tenders shall be opened by the Tender Opening Committee framed by Provincial Government comprising Superintending Engineer, Provincial Buildings Circle, Sukkur, Divisional Accounts Officer and the undersigned, in the presence of intending contractors.
(5) Sealed tenders shall be submitted either by registered post with acknowledgment due or in person. Tenders by Telegram/ Fax/E-mail shall not be considered.
The undersigned reserves the right to extend the date of submission of the tenders.
(6) Any tender delivered or sent otherwise will be at the risk of tenderers.
(7) In case the date of issuing / opening of tenders is declared as holiday by Federal Government / Provincial Government the tenders will be issued / opened on next working day.
(8) No conditional / Incomplete Tender is acceptable.
(9) The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

The date of Opening of Tender i.e. Opening of Tender Box before the Tender Committee: Same date 1400 Hours
If the tendered works remain un-responded or the competent authority i.e. (Superintending Engineer, Sukkur) or Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division, Larkana are out of Headquarters, the Provincial Buildings Circle, dates shall be as under:

The Date of Opening of Tenders i.e. Opening of Tender Box before the Tender Committee: Same Date 1400 Hours.
The contractors or their representatives may be present at the time of opening of tenders, if they so desire (at their will).
