Sealed tenders are invited from Paper Mills / Suppliers / Authorized Dealers / Indenters for supply of 7048.000 M. Tons of Local / Imported White / Off White Wood Free / Recycled Printing Paper / Newsprint Book Grade Imported Paper with Water Mark insignia "Sindh Textbook Board" / without Water Mark in the sizes of 20 x 30/55, 60 & 68, 22 x 32/55, 60 & 68 and 23 x 36/55, 60 & 68 GSM in Reams Packing of 500 Sheets each and 1210,000 M. Tons of Duplex Board one side coated Local / Imported in the sizes of 21 x 31/250, 23 x 33/250 and 24 x 37/250 GSM, in packet packing of 100 sheets each (Total 7048.000 + 1210.000 = 8258 M. Tons).
Tenders should reach the Field Office, Sindh Textbook Board Clifton, Karachi on or before 23.08.2008 at 11.30 a.m. The tenders will be opened at 12.00 (Noon) on the same date in the presence of tenderers or their available, present representatives.
The tenderers should quote their rates for White / Off White Wood Free Printing Paper Local / Imported / Recycled Printing Paper / Newsprint Book Grade Imported Paper with Water Mark Insignia “Sindh Textbook Board” / without Water Mark and Duplex Board one side coated local / Imported / Inclusive of Sales / Income Tax F.O.R. basis to be delivered at Board’s Godown, Sindh Textbook Board Landhi Karachi.
The tender can only be submitted on tender enquiry form which can be had from Headquarters, Jamshoro or Field Office STBB Karachi on cash payment of Rs.5000/- (non-refundable) during office hours.
Each tender must accompany the security not less than 5% of a bid in the shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft in the name of Sindh Textbook Board Jamshoro without which tender will not be entertained. Other details and conditions are included in the tender enquiry.
The Chairman, Sindh Textbook Board, Jamshoro reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
