Sealed bids are invited from reputable firms/suppliers for supply of following items for Central Library of International Islamic University, Islamabad.
Tender documents can be purchased up till 22-08-2008 from the Purchase & Stores Section, IIUI, Shah Faisal Mosque Campus, Islamabad against payment of Rs. 300/- each (Non-refundable) to be deposited with Cashier, IIUI during office hours from 08.00 AM to 1.00 PM on any working day.
Bids valid for a period of 03 months on F.O.R basis along with earnest money @ 2% of the total value of tender (refundable) in the shape of Call Deposit/Bank Draft in the name of International Islamic University, Islamabad must reach the undersigned on or before 23-08-2008 at 10.30 AM, which will be opened on the same date at 11.00 AM in the presence of bidders/their representatives who may wish to attend the opening ceremony. Quantity of items mentioned in the tender document can be increased or decreased. The GST Registration No. issued by the Sales Tax Department must be mentioned in the bid, otherwise tender shall not be considered. Price quoted must clearly show whether it is inclusive of exclusive of General Sales Tax. Tenders without required earnest money or for lesser amount will be rejected as non-responsive.
The procuring agency can reject all bids in terms of Section-33 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
