(1) Tenders are invited from the manufacturers, their authorized dealers and firms registered with CP & C Branch Civil Aviation Authority as well as collectorate of sales tax for supply of the following stores.
(2) I/T Forms containing details of specifications, terms and conditions of supply, could be obtained from the office of General Manager CP & C, Supply Branch Headquarters, Civil Aviation Authority, Terminal No. 1, JIAP Karachi, on any working day between 0900 hrs to 1300 hrs on payment of prescribed non-refundable fee through cash deposit in CAA Collection Account No. C-2561-8 through Bank Challan in NBP Airport Branch, Karachi or Bank Draft for firms located outside Karachi in favour of HQCAA along with request letter to G.M.CP & C, HQCAA for issue of tender inquiry. Earnest money should be in shape of Pay Order/ Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee. This advertisement has also been floated on CAA Website www.caapakistan.com.pk as well as on PPRA Website.
(3) No Tender Form will be issued on the Date of Opening of Tender. Tenders must be dropped in Tender Box placed at C.P & C Branch HQCAA. Tenders shall be opened at least 30 minutes after the deadline for submission of bids on the same date. CAA reserves the rights to accept/ reject any or all tenders.
