Sealed tenders are invited from the reputed and financially sound firms/ contractors (on their letterheads) having their own office / telephone no. Registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and enlisted in Government / Semi-Government Organizations as well as pre-qualified by Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation for the following purchases. The firms who are not pre-qualified may obtain necessary documents for pre qualification and submit the same after completion. The tenders will be issued to such firms who are provisionally pre-qualified.
Tender documents and other details can be obtained from this office as well as from the office of Station Director PBC Karachi (Phone No.021-9230465) on any working day during office hours (against an application on firm's letterhead with copies of above mentioned documents.) The tenders along with 2% of the quoted cost in shape of Call Deposit / Bank Guarantee as earnest money will be received in this office up to 1100 hours on 26-08-2008 and will be opened on the same date at 1130 hours in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who may care to attend.
