The Executive Engineer Karachi Central Civil Division No. I, Karachi invites tenders for the works of (1) Construction of RHS “A” Center of Population Welfare Department at Sindh Government Hospital, New Karachi for Rs.21,75,306/00 from the approved Contractors of Pakistan Public Works Department, who are enlisted in an appropriate category and have paid their renewal fee for the year 2008-2009. Tender will be sold during working hours up to 22.08.2008, which will be received back on 23.08.2008 up to 2.00 PM. Tender will be opened on same day in the office of the undersigned at 2.30 P.M. Tender documents can be had from the office of the undersigned / Deputy Budget & Finance Officer, Chief Engineer’s (South) Pak. PWD, Karachi on payment of tender cost (Non-refundable) during office hours. The contractors who wish to purchase the tenders, should produce Photocopy of their Enlistment for the year 2008-2009. The contractors should provide certificate of registration from the Income Tax authority and attach with the tender documents, failing which the tender will not be accepted. Earnest Money 2% of Estimated Cost will be attached with the tender in the shape of pay order or Bank Draft in favour of the Executive Engineer Karachi Central Civil Division No. I, PPWD, Karachi without which the tender shall not be considered and the same will be rejected at once. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof. All the terms and conditions of CPWA - 6 will also apply mutatis mutandis.
