Sealed tenders are invited from reputed parties / well established firms / manufacturer registered with Sales Tax Authorities for the following supplies to PIA.
Tenders Forms containing full description of items, specifications, terms and conditions etc. can be obtained upon written request on company’s letterhead addressed to Manager Purchases, (Flight Kitchen) from Accounts Officer (P&L), 2nd floor, Procurement & Logistics Building, PIA JIAP, Karachi Airport against non-refundable cash payment of Rs. 100/= (Rupees One Hundred only), on all working days during 0900-1200 Hrs (Monday through Friday) No tender will be sold on tender opening date. Tender cost is non-refundable. Foreign Supplier(s) / Manufacturer(s) quoting directly are exempted from the purchase of tender and deposit of earnest money.
Tenders must be dropped in the tender box marked “Purchases Flight Kitchen” placed at the main entrance of Procurement & Logistics Building, JIAP, Karachi before 1030 Hrs. as specified above date and will be opened on the same day/date at 1100 Hrs in the presence of any/all participants.
Earnest money equivalent to 2% of the total bid value (refundable) in the shape of scheduled bank’s pay order in favor of PIA or Cash Receipt for cash deposited with the PIA Accounts Officer (P&L), 2nd floor, Procurement & Logistics Building, PIA, Karachi Airport.
P.I.A. reserves the right to divide business among suppliers or extend the date of opening without assigning any reason.
