(1) Pakistan Steel invites sealed Tenders from eligible firms or persons who are Income Tax Payers to provide Buses Sixty (60) or more form cushioned seating capacity for Transportation of General Routes from Karachi City to Pakistan Steel, Bin Qasim (Up and Down) trips fro a period of one year for following Sectors.
(2) Tender is opened to all eligible Tenderers.
(3) Tenderers may obtain the Tender Documents from the office of G.M. Engineering Contracts Departments, Barrack No. 2, Head Office Pakistan Steel, Bin Qasim, Karachi from 11:00 hours to 15:00 hours on working days except (Saturday & Sunday).
(4) A complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased by interested Tenderers on submission of a written application with proof of experience to the above office and upon payment of a (non-refundable) fee in shape of Pay Order Drawn in favour of Pakistan Steel mentioned above.
(5) Tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security (refundable) in the amount above in shape of Pay Order/ Bank Guarantee drawn in favour of Pakistan Steel and must be delivered to G.M. Engineering Contracts Department, Barrack No. 2, Pakistan Steel, Bin Qasim, Karachi at or before 11:00 hours on above mentioned date. Tenders will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date/ day mentioned above in the presence of Tenderer’s representative who choose to attend.
(6) Bid(s) received after the above deadline shall not be accepted and be returned unopened. Telegraphic/ Telex/ Fax bids shall not be accepted.
(7) Pakistan Steel reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the Tenders as per PPRA Rules 2004.
