(1) Sealed Tenders from reputed/ registered firms are invited for purchase of various stores for Northern Area Scouts Gilgit as under:
(2) Tender form @ Rs.100/- for each category can be obtained from this office during working hours before 29 August 2008.
(3) Tender should reach the undersigned before 1000 hours on 30 August 2008 which will be opened on same day at 1200 hours.
(4) Call deposit @ 2% of tender amount in shape of bank draft of any scheduled bank in the name of Director General Northern Area Scouts must be attached with the tender.
(5) This office reserve the right to reject any one/ all tenders by assigning any reason if so desired.
(6) Firm not already registered can also participate in the tender by paying fee Rs.7000.00 for local firm & Rs.7150.00 for out station firm and completing other registration formalities before award of contract.
(7) Successful contractor will deposit 5% of total value as security against delivery.
