REQUIREMENT:

To provide a contingent of civilian role-players who will
represent Civilians in the Battle Space (CIBs) in various
training exercises at Department of National Defence, Canadian
Forces Base Gagetown, Oromocto, NB or the local area, on an as a
requested basis during the period from date of standing offer
issuance to 30 September 2009 with the option to extend for an
additional one year period.


Offerors must meet the following mandatory requirements:

1. Linguistic Profile. The offeror must demonstrate that they
have a minimum of ten adult role players available that are
fluent in the same language, other than French or English.
Names and dialect to be submitted with the technical offer.

2. Personnel Requirements – Adult role players (Min age 18).
The offeror must demonstrate that they have a minimum of 40
adult role players (Min age 18), of which 10 are female and 30
are male.

3. Willingness to Travel. While most of the requirements will
be conducted at CFB/ASU Gagetown, NB, there may be requirements
to conduct role playing exercises outside the local area in
various locations in the Maritimes. Offeror must demonstrate
they are willing to travel to these locations

Offerors must meet all other evaluation criteria detailed in the
solicitation document which include point rated technical
evaluation criteria.

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
both official languages of Canada.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
