Sealed bids are invited for the under mentioned category for the year 2008-09 from reputed firms having vast experience in the relevant fields and those are registered with Sales Tax Department.
Tender schedules can be obtained from the office of Assistant Director (Purchase) PIMS, at the cost of Rs.500/- in cash per schedule (Non-refundable) during usual working hours. Tenders will be received up to 11.00AM and will be opened at 11.30AM. After due time no tender will be received by the Purchase Department.
Incomplete, conditional and without deposit at calls bids will not be entertained. Tender schedule will be issued up to 27-08-2008. The Contractor will submit the call deposit as mentioned in the tender schedule in favour of Executive Director PIMS Islamabad.
The above mentioned tenders will be opened in the Office of Assistant Director (Purchase) in the presence of opening committee and representative of the firms on the date and time as mentioned above.
All suppliers/ contractors are advised to drop their bids in tender box before, 11.00 AM positively.
