Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms/companies registered with Sales Tax department for supply of the following.

Offers should reach to the undersigned latest by 23rd August 2008 by 09.30 am. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 10.00 am in the presence of representatives of the firms.
The sealed tenders should be dropped into in the office of DS (EF-P11) Room No.321, Q Block, Pak Secretariat Islamabad office before or on Dated 23rd August 2008 upto 09.30 a.m. The tender will be opened on the same day at 10:00 a.m.in the presence of representatives of the vendors available on the occasion.
The tender should quote their unqualified and un-conditional rates both in words and figures and should indicate the item rates whether they are inclusive of all taxes and duties or without taxes and duties.
A call deposit of 1% of the total cost of items quoted in favor of the Government of Pakistan “PIFRA Implementation Unit EF-P Wing Finance Division should accompany the tender; otherwise, it will not be entertained. Cross cheques or ordinary bank drafts shall not be accepted. The earnest money will be returned to un-successful bidders after opening of the tenders within 15 days and to the successful bidders after satisfactory delivery of the supplies.
The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders totally or partially without assigning any reason. Each item will be evaluated separately. The competent authority also reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity or eliminate any item put to tender.
Supplier will have to supply these items at the office specified above at their own cost within 30 days of the issuance of supply orders, otherwise, damages will be claimed as per discretion to the Government of Pakistan.
Supplier will be bound to supply the above-mentioned items as and when required at the approved rates. No compensation of new taxes, duties, devaluation of currency etc will be admissible to any supplier.
The supplier should quote their GST & Income Tax Number in their bids. Income tax will be deducted at source at the prescribed rates and rules.
Bills would be supported with sales tax invoice indicating invoice No. and sales tax registration No.
Payments would be made to suppliers after the OAT of the items by the committee.
Terms of warranty & service/maintenance by the supplier will also be attached with the quotations.
