Sealed tenders are invited for the purchase of Lab Equipment, Computer Systems & Printers for the Electrical Engineering Department from reputed firms registered with sales tax and income tax offices, to quote the prices.
Tender Documents are available from office of the Admin (General) or payment of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) from 13-08-2008 to 28-08-2008.
An amount of (Rs. 2.5% refundable) of the tender cost in the form of pay order bank draft in favour of FUUAST Islamabad should be enclose with the tenders as earnest money (refundable).
Sealed quotation should be submitted by 29th August 2008 up to 10:00 am.
The tenders/bids will be opened on the same date at 11:00 am in the presence of the bidders of their authorized representatives.
Presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives is compulsory.
The University reserves the right to reject any of all the quotations as per Public Procurement Regularity Authority rules.
