Sealed tenders for PEPCO No. CEx/M(MM)/GSO/6th STG-2008-09/02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10 for 6th STG & Deposit work are invited from WAPDA/PESCO pre-qualified Firms/Stockiest registered with WAPDA/PESCO for the supply of 132 KV Transmission Line Material according to Wapda specification amended to date. Tenders will be opened on the date & time mentioned below.
Terms and Conditions: 1) Conforming to Wapda specification amended to date as noted above on firm & final price basis.
2) Tender documents must be accompanied by Tender / Bid Guarantee of an amount not less than 2% (Two Percent) of the total tender value to be valid for 180 days in the form of certified or cashier Cheque, Bank Draft or Pay Order drawn on any schedule Bank of Pakistan or in lieu thereof tender / Bid Bond / Guarantee issued by schedule Bank of Pakistan.
3) Tenders Documents can be obtained from this office against non-refundable amount of Rs.3000/- (for each tender) on any working day during office hours till a day earlier from the opening of tender.

5) Tender will be received manually and will be dropped in tender box half an hour before the opening time. However a representative of authorized bidder with certificate must be present at the time of opening otherwise bid will be rejected.
6) The Supplier / Bidders shall quote rate on C&F, FOB basis Karachi for imported goods, whereas for locally manufactured goods rates on FCS basis at Jamrud Warehouse Peshawar shall be quoted.
7) All right reserved to accept / reject tender or value deletes any item etc; for tender form / detailed conditions contact this office, during office hours.
8) There will be no sale of tender documents on the date of opening of tender.
9) Quantity can be increased / decreased as per provision tender conditions.
10) Conditional & un-signed tender will not be accepted.
11) Inspection charges @ 0.5% will not be reimbursable.
