Sealed quotations are invited from sales tax registered companies/ firms/ contractors/ repairs service providers for repair/ maintenance of Cotton Fibre Testing Laboratories equipment i.e. High Volume Instruments (HVIs) USTER-1000 Classing and Shireley Analyzer SDL Atlas, MK-II installed at Pakistan Cotton Standards Institute (PCSI)’s Laboratories at Karachi, Mirpurkhas, Sanghar (Sindh), Rahimyar Khan, Bahawalpur, Multan, Faisalabad, Dera Ghazi Khan, Sahiwar and Vehari (Punjab) on per visit basis as and when required for a period of one year: -
(i) The bidders should submit rates on their printed letter heads showing their name, address, telephone, fax, sales tax and Bank Account numbers.
(ii) The bidder should also provide necessary information regarding relevant experience, past performance, financial position, capabilities/ details with respect to personnel/ technical staff and equipment and managerial capability alogn with copies of the supporting documents.
(iii) The bidder who is assigned the contract will be responsible to carry out repair work at the respective site whenever asked for the same.
(iv) Payment of repair charges will be made after satisfactory completion of repair work.
The sealed bids should reach the undersigned latest by 13-10-2008 up to 1130 hrs which will be opened in the under-mentioned office on the same day at 1200 hrs in the presence of the bidders or their representatives. PCSI reserves the right to accept/ reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason thereof.
