Tenders are invited from Contractors / Suppliers for the supply of following items. WAPDA enlisted tenderers are required to attach an attested copy or Registration Certificate for the year 2008-2009.
Name of Work: Procurement of Assets / Accessories of T&P Items for Stream Gauging Stations for NWFP & Balochistan under the approved PC-II for the Strengthening of Hydrological Network.
Earnest Money: 2% for registered firms and 4% for undersigned firms of total bid amount.
Tender Price: Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) non refundable.
Completion Time: 75 Calendar Days.
Date of Purchase: Tenders can be purchased up to 20-10-2008 during working hours.
Date of Opening: The tender will be received at 1000 hours on 21-10-2008 and will be opened publicly on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of all the bidders who choose to participate in the office of undersigned.
Note: The specimens of goods can be visited in the office of Executive Engineer, Surface Water Hydrology Project, Rawalpindi, during working hours.
Terms & Conditions: (1) Undersigned reserves the rights to reject any/ all tenders, increase or decrease in the quantity prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal and shall upon request communicate to any Supplier or Contractor who submitted a bid, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds.
(2) Bid will be evaluated on overall bid price.
(3) The warranty period shall be 6(six) months from the date of completion of supply.
