Expo Lahore Private Limited (ELPL) is an autonomous body jointly owned by the Government of Pakistan and Government of the Punjab with a mandate to design, develop, operate and promote a state-of-the-art Expo Centre at Johar Town, Lahore.
ELPL invites applications for tender of suppliers for the provision of Internet Protocol (IP) Based Technology additional Equipment/ Services at Expo Centre, Lahore, Expo Centre, Lahore is a world-class exhibition centre at present under construction in Johar Town Lahore. The Centre is spread over an area of 400 Kanals, comprises four large exhibition halls, a convention centre and ancillary facilities. The additional IP based technology equipment/ services would.
Note: All above equipment/ services must be IP Based, no deviation will be acceptable.
Pre-Requisite Information: (1) Covering letter.
(2) Complete and updated profile of the firm, including technical details of the Services and systems offered.
(3) Name, address of registered office, telephone number and E-mail address.
(4) List of major works of similar nature and magnitude executed during the last 3 years.
(5) Details of key technical staff working with or engaged by the firm.
(6) Details of machinery/ equipment etc including their location.
(7) Names of banks and proof of financial strength.
(8) Income tax and sales tax registration certificates.
(9) Copy of income tax return for the last three years.
(10) Audited copy of accounts for the last 3 years.
(11) ISO 9001-2000 Certificates (optional).
(12) An undertaking by the firm that the firm is not black listed/ defaulter with any Government entity or financial institution and is not in any litigation with any Government entity.
(13) Pay Order / Demand Draft of Rs.20,000/- (non-refundable) in favor of “Expo Lahore (Pvt.) Limited”, as the Tender Documents fee for each package.
(14) Detail of Joint venture (if any).
(15) Additional information which is necessary for the evaluation criteria, as mentioned in Tender Documents.
Note: • ELPL may ask for any further information & details, if required, at any time, and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
• Information given, if found to be incomplete/ false at any stage, may result in immediate rejection.
• Financial bids of only technically compliant bidders will be opened.
• Bidders may bid for either all tender references or any number of them, preference will be accorded to those bidders who participate maximum tender references.
• Tender documents can be obtained from the procurement department on any working day before October 24, 2008.
