Note: Providing and Laying Water Supply Distribution System in Humak Town at Islamabad (Remaining Work).
Estimated Cost :- Rs. 5108798.10/-
Earnest Money :- Rs. 153000/-
Tender Cost :- Rs. 2000/-.

Sealed tenders are hereby invited on percentage basis from the approved contractors of CDA, enlisted in appropriate class, as per following details.
Tender documents can be had on cash payment of Rs. 2000/- per set (non-refundable) from the office of the undersigned situated in Room No. 126, Block No. 1, (Old Naval Headquarter, G-6 Markaz), Islamabad on any working day during office hours (up to 12:00 p.m. on last working day before tender opening).
Earnest money in the shape of deposit at call in favour of Deputy Director W&S (R/A Zone), CDA from local schedule Bank of Islamabad must accompany the application. Cash/Cheque will not be accepted.
Application for issue of tender will be received up to 17-10-2008 (12:00 Hrs). No application will be entertained / received after above date and time.
CDA reserves the right to accept or reject any / all tenders.
Tender/bids will be received at 11:30 a.m. and opened on 12:00 Noon by the Director W&S (Dev), CDA on the above date & time at Room No. 131, Block No. 1 (Old Naval Headquarter, G-6 Markaz), Islamabad.
Note: Application for purchase of tender, bearing name, address and signature of the contractors / partners.
Valid payment receipt in original of enlistment / renewal fee with CDA.
National Identity Card (Original).
Authority letter from the contractor in favour of the persons deputed by the contractors to submit the application and collect the tender forms.
Valid PEC registration in the relevant category & Discipline.
The contractor will have to provide following additional documents while submitting the tender, otherwise the tender will be considered non-responsive and liable to rejection:- Power of Attorney, Partnership Deed, Program of Work, Non Relationship Certificate, Income Tax Registration Certificate, Non Judicial Stamp Paper worth Rs. 10/-, Registration of Firm, Professional Tax Certificate from Excise & Taxation Department.
