No. F.3-1-NAPHIS/2007 (NVL), sealed tenders are invited from reputable firms/original manufactureres or authorized dealers/agents registered with the Sales Tax and having NTN for the supply of Machinery/Laboratory equipment/Chemicals/Glassware/Labware and Others to the National Veterinary Laboratories, Islamabad under the NAPHIS Project. The Tender document along with detailed specifications and other terms & conditions can be purchased from the office of the DDO, NVL on any working day within the office hours on payment of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) by submitting a written request on the letter head pad of the firm/company. The tender documents will be issued frorii the date of publication of this notice up to 14-10-2008 during office hours. However, the tender document is also available for consultation only on the website of Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (www.ppra.org.pk) until the closing date for the submission of bids. No tenders will be issued after closing date.
Sealed bids (along with soft copy) must be submitted by representatives of the interested bidders in the National Veterinary Laboratory, NARC Gate No. 2, Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad before/on 15-10-2008, by 11:00 a.m. positively. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives, who may like to be present.
